How long does it take to launch a VOD or TV Linear Channel or Both?
It takes 4-6 weeks to bring this product right from the scratch to the market with all customizations in functionalities and monetization types.

What is the difference between SSAI and CSAI ad insertion type?
In a CSAI-flow, advertisements are managed and added on the end-user’s device. From a delivery point-of-view, content and ads are separated; the player plays content and advertisements independent of each other.
On the other hand, in an SSAI-flow, advertisements are directly stitched to the streaming manifest on the server side at the last moment. The content and advertisements are closer related to each other, allowing smoother playback and transitions.
Can I switch between SSAI & CSAI options?
Yes, we allow you to switch between 2 options and also guarantee there are no interruptions or problems when making this action since we managed to handle every single case, even for the old videos which contain either type of adbreak.
Can I get VOD after a period of time using Linear TV or vice versa?

What video formats does OTTclouds support?
OTTclouds supports HLS, RTMP stream.
Does your system support any Live events inserted into the current streaming?
Yes, we do have this feature in which the user can switch to expected Live event immediately or schedule it by setting up date time for expected live event to be inserted in the streaming.
I want my advertisements to be blocked by ad-blocking tools, does OTTclouds support it?
In OTTclouds, we use SSAI technique (Server side Ad Insertion) which means advertisements are directly stitched to the streaming manifest on the server side at the last moment. The content and advertisements are closer related to each other, allowing smoother playback and transitions.
Which storage can be used in your system?
Currently we are using Amazon Simple Storage Service. Also we allow users to switch to another storage as expected. You just need to provide us the storage you want, we will configure it to meet your needs.
